Is there a payment plan?
A payment plan is available, and the exact schedule depends on the trip you choose.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
Travel insurance is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. Some tour operators, or activities may require it and it protects you in case of emergencies, cancellations, or unexpected changes.
Are deposits refundable?
In most cases deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable because they secure your reservation with the supplier.
What are refund penalties?
Refund penalties depend on how close you are to the travel date. Typically, the closer you get to the departure date the higher the penalty. After a certain point, trips may become fully non-refundable (without insurance).
How much money do I need?
This depends on your destination, travel style, and what's included in your package. A minimum you should budget for meals, activities, transportation and personal spending.
Do I need a passport?
You do need a passport for all international travel. For domestic travel, a passport is not required, but you will need REAL ID-compliant drivers license. For international trips, your passport should be valid for 6 months beyond your travel dates.
